Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026. How Strike Algo collects, uses and protects your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Capital B28 LLC, doing business as Strike Algo (“Strike Algo,” “we,” “us”), handles personal information when you visit strikealgo.net, book a call, or communicate with us. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call or contact us, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, the time you choose, and your answers to questions on the booking form (for example, whether you consider yourself a long-term investor or an active trader, and your investment goals).

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, videos played, links clicked, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from advertising and analytics partners. Partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and similar services may tell us how you interacted with our ads, for example that you clicked an ad and later booked a call.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your brokerage login, account numbers, Social Security number or payment card numbers through this website.

How we use information

To schedule and hold calls you book, and to answer your questions.
To send you information you asked for, appointment reminders and follow-up messages about Strike Algo.
To show you relevant advertising on other websites and apps, including ads shown to people who have visited our site (“retargeting”), and to measure how well our ads work.
To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
To protect the site, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use cookies and pixels from service providers, which may include Meta, Google (Analytics and Ads), Microsoft and Hyros, to understand site traffic and to show and measure advertising. These partners may collect information about your activity on our site and other sites over time. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

You can limit this tracking by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, by using the ad settings of the platforms you use (for example, Meta and Google ad preferences), or by visiting optout.aboutads.info. You can also use the opt-out control below.

Your privacy choices

Using advertising pixels for retargeting may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of this sharing on this browser, use the button below. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as an opt-out.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about the call you booked and about Strike Algo. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or ask us to stop calling. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How we share information

Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, scheduling and customer-relationship software, email and text messaging, analytics and advertising.
Advertising partners, as described above.
Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Strike Algo does not hold or have access to your brokerage funds. If you become a client, your account is held at Interactive Brokers, and Interactive Brokers’ own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email support@strikealgo.net or call 858-227-6740. We will verify your request before responding. You may use an authorized agent.

In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers (such as name, email, phone and IP address), internet activity, and inferences about your interests, from the sources and for the purposes described above, and we have shared identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or transmission is completely secure.
