Effective November 1, 2026. The rules for using strikealgo.net and Strike Algo materials.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of strikealgo.net and related content provided by Capital B28 LLC, doing business as Strike Algo (“Strike Algo,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Any purchase or license of Strike Algo software is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

What Strike Algo is

Strike Algo provides rules-based momentum software and educational content about U.S. stocks. Strike Algo and Capital B28 LLC are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers or financial planners, and do not hold, pool or manage client funds. Software runs in an account you open and control at Interactive Brokers, a separate, unaffiliated broker. Interactive Brokers does not endorse Strike Algo.

Not investment advice

Everything on this site, including articles, videos, calls, results and examples, is for general education and information only. It is not personalized investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a qualified financial, tax or legal professional before investing.

Risk and performance

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of principal. Momentum strategies are concentrated and volatile and can fall sharply and quickly. Strike Algo performance figures are a model strategy record, calculated gross of fees and trading costs as described on our Disclosures page, and are not the results of any client account. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Your results will differ based on timing, account size, fills, fees, taxes and other factors.

Results and stories shown on this site come from members of the Capital B28 community across our programs. They are not Strike Algo results unless stated, are not typical, and are not a promise that you will achieve similar results.

Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish site content without our written permission; interfere with the site’s operation or security; or misrepresent your identity when booking a call or contacting us. You must be at least 18 years old to book a call.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, videos, graphics, logos, the Strike Algo name and the underlying methods and software, are owned by Capital B28 LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the site for your own non-commercial use.

Third-party services and links

The site links to and relies on third-party services, such as Interactive Brokers, scheduling tools and video players. We are not responsible for their content, policies or performance.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Capital B28 LLC and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capital B28 LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless a separate written agreement between you and us provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
